By popular demand the Spring NAFF fishing outing is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at one of our all-time club favorites—the pond at Country Oaks B&B, located at 17221 Highway 9, Mountain View, about a mile south of downtown.
We'll meet around 9:00 a.m. near the barn-like structure on the southeast side of the pond.
NAFF will provide:
• Brats, buns, condiments
• Paper plates and utensils
• Cold water
Please bring a side dish, dessert, or any other contribution you'd like to share.
The fishing at this farm pond is excellent this time of year, with plenty of bass and panfish typically caught. You can often see fish cruising the shoreline!
Note: The owner kindly asks that no watercraft be used on the pond.
